The area has many affordable Victorian and 1930's houses and a buzzing town centre.
With reasonable property prices Leyton is a hotspot that is selling fast and only set to keep going up! Leyton has a vibrant town and an easy route into the centre of London, just 14 minutes (five stops) on the central line to Bank Underground Station. Thanks to the Olympics seven years ago, Leyton saw massive regeneration and change in the town centre, along with it's neighbours Walthamstow and Strafford who also received preferential treatment in the lead up. This has helped the area grow and bring further tourism, leading to more money for the town.
