Best Rental Yield Areas In London This December

As many of us find ourselves in our last few days of work before breaking up for Christmas, we turn to consult our Yield Map to see what areas are looking the best to invest in right now in London. North

4.4% North Finchley

North Finchlely, in North West London is very well connected, a great spot if you're looking to commute in to London with access to the Northern Line. Looking to escape out of London then the A406 is just a mile away making it easy to hop on to. There are plenty of shops, large supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, so at the weekend you need not travel out of North Finchley as everything is on your doorstep. 

South

5% Peckham

Peckham has been a popular spot for years and continues develop as a vibrant, bustling area for first-time buyers and investors. Located just North of central Peckham the area has two popular Primary Schools rated 'Good' in the area. A popular area to buy in East London as prices remain relatively low and yields high.
