Seven Sisters 4.4%
Sat in the borough of Haringey, in North London lies Seven Sisters. With fantastic transport links it's no wonder this is a prime spot that has grown and shown potential as an area to invest in for several years now. Benefiting from the Overground and the Victoria Line, where you can find yourself in Soho in just 6 stops time. The indoor market next to Seven Sisters tube station is a popular spot for locals and tourists to find everything from food to beauty products.
Acton has become increasingly popular with many moving here from neighbouring areas such as Hammersmith, Chiswick and Shepherd's Bush in search of more space for you money. Situated in the borough of Ealing, Acton was seen as a less desirable area to invest in. This is no longer the case with Acton's demand and desirability set to rocket, the high street is buzzing with cafes, bars and restaurants, and once Crossrail opens more will flock to the area. Bond Street is to become just a short 9 minute journey away, as well as the Eastern job hotspot Canary Wharf which will now be just 23 minutes. For those who travel often for work, Heathrow Airport will be just 18 minutes away.

Forest Gate 4.8%
Forest Gate is another area set to benefit from the opening of Crossrail which will cut the journey to Canary Wharf from 23 minutes to just 12 and to Bond street in less than 20 minutes! The surrounding areas have a lot to offer, with Wanstead Flats and Stratford on Forest Gate’s doorstep. However, Forest Gate itself has undergone gentrification with a number of new bars and restaurant popping up. Property prices are still relatively affordable and only set to increase as the area becomes grows in popularity.

Mostly located in the southern borough of Lambeth but with parts of West Streatham crossing over into Wandsworth. Streatham is serviced by the overground with Tooting Broadway a 15 minute bus ride away. The area has been popular for buy-to-let area for several years now the thanks to the overground links able to get you to London Victoria and London Bridge in less than half an hour. The area is perfect for families looking to buy in the area with beautiful Victorian properties, several good state schools, large supermarkets and open parks.
