North

5.2% Edmonton

With reasonable prices and speedy links via the overground into London, it is no wonder people are moving North to Edmonton when it comes to looking for new areas to invest in. According to Rightmove property prices have averaged £360,000 over the last year.

South

4% Camberwell

If you’re looking for period homes and a quick commute then living in Camberwell might be right for you. Situated in South East London, this zone 2 neighbourhood’s home station is Denmark Hill, this overground station can whip you all across London making it super convenient. West

3.9% Hammersmith

Hammersmith is a hub for food and drink, culture and beautiful open spaces – which, let’s be honest, everyone is looking out for these days! The scenic walks, riverside (outdoor) pubs all add to the lifestyle in Hammersmith. Shopaholics are also well catered for; King Street is home to a shopping centre, big-name chains and an array of boutiques and independent stores. Plus with four different Tube lines, getting around London is as convenient as can be. Genuinely affordable homes are part of the revamp for Hammersmith as the area becomes more popular.
