Better still, the service almost always pays for itself, as our statistics show that staged properties sell for 8% more than empty or un-staged properties. We won't invoice you for the furniture until the end of the month either, so there’s no upfront fee to pay.

How Much Could I Earn?
The average two bedroom London property achieves around £100 a night, but demand for temporary accommodation in London is at its highest in the summer months, with a 2 bedroom property easily achieving £150 a night.
Your monthly revenue would therefore total £3,150 a month on a 70% occupancy rate (the minimum we expect to achieve at Portico Host), which would translate into £ 1,050 in 7 days, or, after the Airbnb fee and our premium Portico Host Management fee, £840 a week.
You’ll begin earning as soon as we confirm your first booking, receiving the payment directly into your bank account minus Airbnb’s 3% charge + VAT. Then at the end of each month after you’ve been paid, we’ll take our fee + VAT from your total earnings and the cleaning fee paid by the guests.
