Portico Puts ‘Eco’ First for Fulham Estate Agency Branch
Portico - part of Leaders Romans Group (LRG) - is prioritising environmentally-friendly design in its Fulham branch as part of a larger plan to take all branches in the same direction. A key strategy to achieving LRG’s pledge to go carbon neutral by 2030, all Portico branches will be fully refurbished to be fully sustainable, starting with the Fulham branch.
Taking meaningful action
It’s an understatement to say that sustainability is trending - but it’s so much more than that. Sustainability is the way of the future - a vital component of all new developments, and a mission that all businesses should be embracing.
As Ed Lugg, Regional Director at Portico puts it, ‘Prioritising sustainability and greener energy is a must for any modern company, and these values must surely go beyond box-ticking if we are to make any meaningful impact on environmental protection and the collective attitude towards it. Portico and the Leaders Roman Group (LRG) recognise the importance of taking meaningful action, with LRG pledging to go carbon neutral by 2030.’
Other key sustainability actions being taken by LRG include:
Using recycled sales and lettings boards
Planting trees for every property sold or let
Transferring our offices to renewable energy
Going paperless where possible
Implementing a zero-landfill strategy
Fulham Branch first in line for green overhaul
The refurbishment of Portico’s first sustainable branch is complete!
One launch event will be held on the 20th of January, 4pm - 8pm at our Fulham office. The launch will offer up some yummy food and drink from local businesses, a tour of the new office, and more.
