We’ve seen an influx of buyers and tenants registering and actively looking for their next move, which is giving the market some much-needed momentum.
Rental prices have somewhat stabilised, which is great news for potential tenants looking to secure a home in the buzzing borough. In the sales market, prices have had a little boost from the increase in applicant levels but, in general, they have also stabilised. We don't expect to see price rises like we have in previously this year in Camden, so now is a great time to buy if you are thinking of moving into the area.
2018 looks to be a positive one in Camden with a lot of new exciting developments, regeneration and of course our famous landmarks that bring so many people to the area.
What’s going on in Camden?
