Rochester Place is one of Camden’s quietest streets hence its high demand. This is unusual for anywhere in London, let alone the vibrant Camden! The street is narrow and lined with greenery and is completely different to anywhere in the area.
The street is home to a mixture of different houses along the street, from terraced houses, to purpose-built and converted flats. Those whom are living in this street are a mixture of different ages, however the main bulk comes from those in their 30’s and 40’s. There are some families in the street but it isn’t one whereby people are coming to raise a family.
Along the road is permit parking for those whom require space or a vehicle and you can rest assure that it safe due to the security of the road and street lighting.
Camden Road Station which is home to London’s Overground and has great links to the rest of the City is just a short 4-minute walk away. As well as this, the tube station is just 10 minutes away and has very good links via the Northern Line. The street is just a 7-minute walk from a large Sainsbury’s and plenty other great food stores, pubs and restaurants including the famous Camden Market, home to street food, bars and market stalls set alongside the beautiful canal.
In short Rochester Place is the kind of street very few buyers or tenants tend to leave once they've moved there and with its enduring popularity and ever-increasing value this is a fantastic place to live.
