Tom was very receptive, understanding and funny he was always on the look out for properties that might be suitable to me and it was much appreciated. Elianna was also very lovely, kind and supportive. She would constantly keep me updated on anything that might be suitable and she made me feel well looked after . Initially very difficult dealing with Portico but I managed to get through to a person by the name of Max Akers-Douglas based in the Theberton Street, Islington office. He was so helpful after being pushed from pillar to post around Portico. He stands out as an extremely able person willing to go that extra mile for a client who has been with Healy Graham and then Portico for over 20 years.
