A fantastic opportunity to purchase a recently fully refurbished three bedroom brick fronted, mid terraced Victorian home, located on this quiet and sought after residential turning. The house is incredibly well presented, having been professionally interior designed, and is carefully finished with details such as solid wood flooring, cast iron radiators, immaculately tiled hall floor, and recornicing all a nod to the Victorian period of construction. Modern first floor bathroom with underfloor heating, new ground floor cloakroom, ample fitted storage, and recently redesigned garden are only some of the key benefits of this must-see property. Located near the open spaces of Wanstead Flats and train stations such as Leytonstone High Road, Maryland, Leyton, Forest Gate and Wanstead Park all within walking distance. Forest Gate (10 min walk) is a Crossrail station.”
Forest Gate is a residential district in east London, England, in the London Borough of Newham.
The area has never been an administrative unit and so has never had any formal boundaries, but it is often seen as conterminous with the E7 (Forest Gate) postal area and so it lies on both sides of the boundary between West and East Ham.
The area lies roughly 7 miles (11 km) northeast of Charing Cross and is bordered by Manor Park to the east and Stratford town centre to the west.
Forest Gate is 1.5 miles (2.4 km) east of Westfield Stratford City and the 2012 Olympic Park. The northern half of the busy Green Street runs through it and from 2019, Forest Gate railway station will be served by Crossrail.
