Dating back to the 1860s, the road was built on former market gardens and brickfields. However by the mid-20th century, a lot of the properties were run down and the local council even considered demolishing our beloved Brackenbury Village! Luckily homes were slowly improved until gentrification took hold in the 1980s.

With a real sense of community and pretty architecture, Brackenbury Road has a good reputation for being a friendly neighbourhood.
