Located close to the main shopping street in Hammersmith, Cambridge Grove runs from Kings Street north, just past the A315, It’s in a fantastic location, close to the transport and amenities of Hammersmith Broadway Tube and bus station.
Hammersmith Broadway gives access to the District, Hammersmith and City and Piccadilly lines and the many buses that travel through the bus station can take you right across London. For residents with cars, there is a requirement to purchase a resident parking permit but the road is also close to the main Kings Mall Car Park, great for visitors.
The street has a mix of some commercial and residential properties and provides some calm away from the busy centre of Hammersmith. You'll find pretty period terrace conversions with brick and white surrounds and black picket fences, as well as some new build flats providing high quality accommodation for young professionals and families. Predominantly there are leasehold flats for sale or for rent. For residents, Ravenscourt Park is a lovely green space not far away, which has children’s play areas, tennis courts and green spaces to relax.
Along Cambridge Grove itself there is the well-known Stonemasons Arms pub. With champagne-coloured walls, a modern-vintage style vibe and framed collection of stonemasons' tools it's a fantastic place to eat and drink. If offers pub style food under the mastery of Head Chef, Rafael Tigran. This is also a Portico Place run by Portico, a unique scheme which offers discounts to local bars and restaurants to local residents and tenants.
