Charlotte Terrace is conveniently located in central Islington, moments from the green spaces of Barnard Park. The street is lined with purpose built developments, most of which hold a selection of one and two bedroom apartments, although there are a few three and four bedroom properties which are occupied by families.
Being so close to Barnard Park gives residents the option of taking a stroll on a warm Sunday afternoon, and the locals regularly host events here. There’s a real community spirit, and whether you fancy yourself as someone who is green fingered and likes to join in on gardening projects, if you fancy a game of tennis with your friends or perhaps you just like reading a book on the grass, there’s a nice friendly feel here. There’s also an adventure playground for those with kids.
The location is ideal for transport. A 10 minute stroll along Regents Canal will bring you to King’s Cross Underground and St. Pancras Station. Here you can head almost anywhere in London via the Piccadilly, Victoria, Northern, Hammersmith & City and Circle Underground tube lines, or one of the numerous overground stations. 10 minutes in the other direction and you will find yourself at Angel tube station which is serviced by the Northern Line. You can also make use of the regular bus routes that operate in the area, providing links to the West End, City and parts of North London.
Charlotte Terrace really is in a great location. Nearby you have Upper Street, affectionately known by the locals as ‘Supper Street’ due to the large number of independent restaurants, as well as established chains and coffee shops. There’s also supermarkets within walking distance.
