City Garden Row is a residential street situated between Regents Canal and City Road. Properties along here are usually new build or purpose built developments and are presented in excellent condition. The maximum stay for those without a permit is two hours, but these restrictions apply between 8:30am and 6:30pm so commuters tend not use the road, leaving most spaces available for locals.
