"I work in a team of eight specialist property managers. We're all ARLA qualified, and it's our job to make sure that the properties we manage are properly maintained.

In addition to our own super-reliable in-house maintenance team, we ask all of our external contractors to sign up to our unique “Sub Contractor” contract, which stipulates exactly what is expected of them in terms of quality of work, punctuality and presentation."

You’ll be assigned your own dedicated property manager who will personally deal with any maintenance issues or problems raised by your tenants. Our property managers have broad property experience and like to think there isn’t much they haven’t seen when it comes to keeping properties properly maintained. They are also ARLA qualified to make sure you get the best possible advice in terms of legislation and tax advice.
With the Comprehensive Package you can spread the cost of fees by paying monthly, as you receive the rental income. This avoids the upfront payment at the beginning of a tenancy and helps you manage your finances.
One of the things that makes us a different sort of estate agent, is the fact that we have our own team of in-house tradesmen. We do this because it is often difficult to find reliable contractors, so by employing a team of plumbers, handymen and gas engineers directly, we can get jobs done more quickly and make sure they are done to the highest possible standard.
