We’re firm believers that a stitch in time saves nine. So in between tenancies, we’ll send in our in-house handymen
(free of charge on the Concierge package) to make sure that any minor maintenance
issues are nipped in the bud. Our handymen run through a 10 point check list which includes things like fixing dripping taps, clearing sink blockages and replacing any defective light bulbs. They’ll also make sure that the filters on the washing machine and dishwasher are clear and top up the water pressure in your boiler.
