Once we have completed the valuation, we’ll start marketing your property on the major property portals as well as our own website. We’ll also get in touch with our database of tenants across our 12 offices, and start conducting viewings straight away. We’ll then consult with you regarding the offers we receive, to make sure we identify exactly the sort of tenant you are looking for.
We’ll then collect the rent for you and take our fee monthly (as long as we’re instructed on a sole agency basis). But if you’d like a rent guarantee or cost effective property management, then you might be better off with our Comprehensive or Concierge packages.
Once the offer has been accepted, our paralegal team will swing into action and check references, bank statements and payslips to make sure we know exactly who we are dealing with. Once everyone is happy, we’ll draw up the tenancy agreement and circulate it to be signed electronically.
