It has been such a pleasure to work with Mike. He has been proactive, helpful, and gone out of his way to make the whole process of letting a new flat very easy. I only use portico because of Charlotte Bailey - her help and service is outstanding / I have other agents I use in different parts of London and if I could use Charlotte for everything I would - I have been using portico and particularly Charlotte now for a number of years, probably around 8/9 and I’ve only stayed with them because of the helpful nature and great professional relationship I have with Charlotte.
