It has been such a pleasure to work with Mike. He has been proactive, helpful, and gone out of his way to make the whole process of letting a new flat very easy. From the viewing to making an offer, to the final stages of checking in, I’ve felt supported the whole way through and could always rely on Mike to communicate what I needed to know or be available for any questions. I wouldn’t have been able to find the property I wanted without his help, and I hope to work with him again in the future.

I only use portico because of Charlotte Bailey - her help and service is outstanding / I have other agents I use in different parts of London and if I could use Charlotte for everything I would - I have been using portico and particularly Charlotte now for a number of years, probably around 8/9 and I’ve only stayed with them because of the helpful nature and great professional relationship I have with Charlotte. She’s great.
