'This very large two double bedroom, courtyard facing raised floor apartment is located within the Highbury Stadium Square development which was until very recently; the home of the world famous Arsenal Football Club. Access form the ground floor is aided by the presence of a lift. The apartment benefits from modern features throughout; the open plan arrangement is effective, and allows occupants to make the most of the living and kitchen areas all year round. The landlord\'s keen eye for interior design is tastefully, and successfully achieved; each room has it\'s own character, and the quality of the finish is exceptional.
Highbury Stadium Square was formerly the Arsenal Stadium, home of Arsenal Football Club. The character of the stadium; which regularly hosted some of the world\'s most celebrated footballers, including England stars Tony Adams and Ian Wright, is still very present, and provides an identity to a space which is celebrated so thoroughly by the local community. Highbury\'s local amenities, including good greengrocers, delicatessens, and cafes are nearby, and the open spaces at Highbury Fields and Clissold Park are a short distance away, too.
The onsite gym will encourage occupants to keep fit, and proximity to Arsenal Tube is enviable, too; providing two-stop access to Kings Cross. Drayton Park Overground is serviced by regular trains to and from Old Street, making a commute a straightforward exercise. Highbury Stadium is occupied in general by young and senior professional people, meaning the site is well-looked-after, peaceful, and discreet.'
