WE CARE ABOUT OUR TENANTS
We're committed to ensuring our tenants have the best possible experience when they rent with us, not least because we hope that down the line you may choose to rent again, or even buy, sell or let a property with us. Most of our landlords opt to use our award-winning property management service, which means that as a tenant, you can be sure that the in-house tradesmen that we send round are properly vetted and will turn up when we say they will. We offer a number of benefits for our tenants, including tenants insurance from our partner Bode Insurance Solutions, our Residency club, and deposit-free renting. With and a huge selection of properties, we’re confident we have a property that will suit you perfectly. We carry out viewings until 8pm – so work doesn’t have to be an obstacle - and our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm, and Saturdays 10am to 5pm.
LONDON RENTAL SCENE: WHERE’S BEST FOR ME?
London is a city with a lot of choice for prospective tenants. Rental prices inevitably tend to be highest in the more central areas covered by our Bloomsbury and Islington offices, but we cover areas that suit the full spectrum of budgets. Slightly further out, areas like Hammersmith are popular with tenants in their twenties who need good transport connections into Central London. If shopping and nightlife is most important, then Fulham (to the west) is a popular choice and Highbury (to the north) is another option that offers relatively good value with easy access to neighbouring Islington. Camden has for many years been popular with students, but is increasingly favoured by couples who are attracted by its grand period properties and proximity to Zone 1. South of the river Battersea, Clapham and Dulwich are popular with families who tend to look for properties with gardens, good local schools and good access to parks and family friendly recreation.

In line with HM Government advice, it is strongly recommended that tenants have insurance cover in place when renting a property. As a tenant, you are liable as part of your tenancy agreement for accidental damage to the home and landlord’s fixtures as well as your own possessions. And in line with Government advice, romans recommends that all tenants maintain adequate insurance cover to include damage to the property and any occupier’s liability.
