Our unique Concierge package is good way to maximise the potential of your property. Our complimentary interior styling process makes an enormous difference the number of applicants we receive which also means that we're able to agree the transactions more quickly than many of our competitors.

Once we have completed the valuation, we’ll organise professional photography and commission a floorplan, and start marketing your property on the major property portals as well as our own website. If your property needs bringing to life before we send in the photographers, you might consider our Concierge package where we offer interior styling as part of our service.
One of the things that makes us unique is that we employ a team of handymen, plumbers, gas contractors and cleaners. So if you would like to enhance your property’s appeal before bringing it to the market, we can help. This can be as simple as re-grouting the bathroom, or re-painting the master bedroom. In fact, as part of our Concierge package we offer three days of complimentary handyman services to be used for whatever you would like before the property is sold.
We’re committed to making life as easy as possible for our vendors. Once we’ve found a buyer that meets your criteria, we’ll then actively manage the conveyancing process to make sure the transaction proceeds smoothly. We’ll also happily put you in touch with a solicitor or surveyor if you haven’t yet had a chance to appoint one.
