SALES PACKAGES
Meet Lindsay - one of our Property Concierges >

"On the sales side of the business, one of the most useful services we offer as part of our unique Concierge package is our interior styling service before we send in our professional photographer.

After sending in our in-house handymen, I work with the staging consultant to put the finishing touches to your property. We use soft furnishings, mirrors and small items of furniture to make sure your property looks its best."

A unique feature of our Concierge package is our property dressing and staging service. Before we send in our professional photographer, our in-house tradesmen will ensure the property is in tip top condition. We’ll then cover the cost of providing an external property consultant to optimise the appearance of your property by providing furniture, mirrors, artwork and soft furnishings that will show it to its full potential.
Scuffed paintwork, loose floorboards and disintegrating grout puts buyers off. Equally, even minor cracks in walls can deter surveyors. So in two days, our handymen are able to make a real difference in terms of enhancing your property’s appeal before bringing it to the market. You can use the time for whatever you like, and we’ll also give you a 10% discount on our other in-house plumbing, gas or cleaning services if you need them.
We’ll also make sure we maximise the marketing exposure that your property achieves by setting it up as a featured advert on the major property portals. And it stands to reason that more prospective purchasers translates into a higher price and a quicker transaction.
We already know how much your rental property is worth. Type your postcode to find out and get an online valuation within 60 seconds.
