Meet Heather

Heather is one of our property concierges. She has risen through the ranks of our property management department to be promoted to Property Concierge earlier this year.

"On the sales side of the business, one of the most useful services we offer as part of our unique Concierge package is a dressing and staging service before we send in our professional photographer. After sending in our in-house cleaners, I work with the staging consultant to put the finishing touches to your property. We use soft furnishings, mirrors and small items of furniture to make sure your property looks its best."

Heather directly manages a team of in-house tradesmen and is there to make sure our landlords and vendors clients get the best possible advice throughout the life of your property investment.

"Before we take potential purchasers round, I help make a list of minor maintenance work for our handymen. As part of our Concierge package, we provide up to three days of free handyman labour to make sure your property really sparkles when we take it to market. So for example, if the master bedroom hasn’t been painted for a few years, we can get that done. Or if the grouting in the bathroom has seen better days, then that’s something we’ll fix as part of the service."
