Stuart is one of our Sales Managers and has been with us eight years.

His job is to make sure that each transaction runs as smoothly as possible.

It’s true that the process gets more complicated once the purchaser’s solicitor, mortgage provider and surveyor get involved. But it’s my job to make sure that we iron out any bumps in the road, and I’m particularly proud that more than 80% of the initial offers we achieve proceed to completion.”

We’ll also happily put you in touch with a solicitor or surveyor if you haven’t yet had a chance to appoint one.

“On our Concierge package we’ll even send in our handyman to fix any minor maintenance issues before viewings begin. This helps increase the number of offers we get, but also means that surveyors have less to worry about when they report to the prospective purchaser or mortgage provider.”
