Vellum Court is a modern block of apartments which were built around 2011/2012 by Telford Homes. The block comprises approximately 60 units which are a mix of studio one bedrooms, one bedrooms and two bedroom apartments. The block has a lift to each floor and each apartment has a secure allocated underground parking space.

Blackhorse Road and Blackhorse ‘Village’ are nearby giving great access to Blackhorse Road station. The name is actually a mispronunciation of Black House, a grand old house that once stood near St James Street. Blackhorse Road runs through the heart land of the old Warner estate. Stoneydown Park is not only a great park with a kids playground, it is also home to a music festival. Every summer the Stoneydown Park festival fills the air with good music from local musicians, and fills our bellies with great food and nice cold beer.
