Just a stone’s throw away from Mornington Crescent Tube Station and a short walk away from one of London’s most culturally rich and vibrant areas, the famous Camden Town. This street has something for everyone, as location is near perfect whilst being not too busy. There are a mixture of terraced houses and flats, both purpose built and converted meaning there is a range of different sizes to cater to your needs whether this be having just the one bedroom or five bedrooms. The main bulk of those living along this street are those in their 30’s and 40’s, however there has been an increase in numbers of young professionals moving to the area.
The properties along Mornington Crescent are traditional looking, and the period buildings are very attractive. There are also a large number of properties that host basements, both in the houses and flats. The houses have access to permit parking, made safe by the street lights that line the street. As well as this, the street is lined with greenery thus making it very appealing.
Just a short walk away is the famous Regents Park and its vast green space, as well as the world-famous London Zoo. If this isn’t enough, then the canals that run through the area are great to explore and is a great thing to do in the summer months. Camden is also host to some great restaurants, and the very popular Camden Market which sells tasty food from all over the world.
