As a landlord on the Comprehensive package, you’ll be allocated one of Nathan’s dedicated property managers. Their job is to help you organise routine maintenance in your property as well as dealing with inbound maintenance calls from your tenants.
Our property managers have broad property experience and like to think there isn’t much they haven’t seen when it comes to keeping properties properly maintained. All of our property managers are graduates, and they also are required to take ARLA exams when they join, so our landlords can be sure that they get the best possible advice in terms of complying with changing industry legislation.
One of the things that sets us apart from other estate agent, is the fact that we have our own team of in-house tradesmen. By employing our own team of plumbers, handymen and gas engineers directly, we can get jobs done more quickly, cost effectively and make sure they are done to the highest possible standard.
We also offer a 24/7 emergency number that routes an urgent issues through to our out of hours contractors.
For landlords on our Concierge package, we also offer a discount on all work carried out by our in-house tradesmen, as well as a complimentary maintenance service between tenancies.
