Portico are the managing agents for my rented flat in Clapham. Between tenancies I am having the property redecorated and some electric / heating works undertaken - all arranged by Vithu of Portico. I thought that Portico did a great job of both renting out my property but also conducting open homes and finally selling it. Staff were polite, informative and provided constructive and timely feedback. I don’t really like praising individuals as it is the whole team that deserves praise but Remy (in Wandsworth), Liudmila and Vicky (in Clapham) were amazing. I thoroughly recommend Portico.
