I had a good overall experience with Portico Ilford. When I first rented the flat, I faced some trouble with the person handling the initial paperwork — he told me I would get the keys in three weeks, but after waiting that long, it was delayed by another month. However, once everything was sorted, my experience during the tenancy was excellent. The Property Manager, Sumaiya Islam, was extremely professional and supportive throughout the year. She handled all matters promptly and made the moving-out process smooth and stress-free. Her help and communication made a big difference. Overall, despite the rocky start, I’m very satisfied with the service — especially thanks to Sumaiya’s great management.

I had a good experience. Communication was okay

My experience with Portico was short lived due to some issues at the property that I was about to rent out. However in that time, Sumaiya was was my property manager had provided an excellent service. I was able to get hold of her over the phone and email promptly, she handled maintenance queries professionally and got contractors out quickly to the property.
