Yes, that's right, we are back! Sadly not coming to you from the Institute of Directors, where we would normally expect to see you all fill the beautiful rooms. But, the show must go on and for 2020 that means in the form of a webinar.
After the NLA and RLA rumoured joining of forces was first on everyone's lips back in September last year, the unions eventually became one in April of this year. So for this year's seminar, we are honoured to be working with the newly formed NRLA, back with Richard Blanco, as the London Representative.
The Webinar will take place on Monday 14th December, sign up here.
Topic for discussion: The Housing Market in London
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
Join us and the NRLA for a look at the state of the housing market in London. After a lively presentation on the house price and rental trends across the capital, we will have a panel discussion on where the housing market might be heading in 2021. Are recent house price rises fuelled by the stamp duty holiday sustainable - or after 13 years is the current cycle set to end in 2021? With the lull in tourism, what is the future for short term lets in Central London and could we see rental price falls ripple out across the capital?
