Portico Launches in Manchester and Liverpool

Building on the success of our London business, we are pleased to announce we will be launching in Liverpool and Manchester from the 5th February 2019, next week!

Having successfully run Portico Host in London for two years we have decided now it is the time to expand our offering to Manchester and Liverpool. We will also be offering landlords our specialist lettings packages.

Portico gives landlords the opportunity to utilise Airbnb management services, and short and long-term lettings solutions under one roof. Our expansion into the north west is driven by our diversification within the industry and our partnership with Airbnb.

Both Manchester and Liverpool have active property markets and with clear opportunities for further growth. We have launched Portico Host in Manchester in collaboration with coffee retailer, Pot Kettle Black in Barton Arcade, and in Liverpool, the Portico Host team will be based remotely, to bring property services to the heart of the community.
