The best things come in Portico packages.
With the rebrand came a fleet of new Mercedes Benz cars, a champagne fuelled launch party and a string of newly made over offices, but for us, the most exciting part of the whole process was the creation of our exciting new sales and lettings packages.
Last year we underwent extensive market research to find out exactly what it was our customers wanted from an agent. We knew they liked our friendly and insightful approach, but we also knew we could do a lot more to set ourselves apart from the competition.
As a result of listening to our customer’s wants and needs, the values of approachability, insightful property knowledge and the creation of a team of twenty in-house tradesmen became the cornerstones of our new proposition. We will always go the extra mile for our customers, so we went straight to work creating some exciting new packages in line with what they told us they wanted from an agent.
Though we could describe the benefits of our new packages, we thought a video would really bring our services to life and probably do a better job of explaining them, too! Needless to say we had a lot of fun filming...
