According to Rightmove data for this year, the average time it takes to sell in London is eight a half weeks or 60 days.  

Here, we’ll reveal a few tricks of the trade to ensure you home sells quickly, for the best possible price. We’ll also disclose some recent case studies of buyers who have just sold their London pads, including how long it took them to do so.

Point 3 would have more impact with some before pictures. It would be good to see how a typical home can be improved by a Fresh Lick of Paint. Some vendors cant visualise the impact of a freshen up - photos would have shown this.
