New Homes

Meet Adam

Adam has over 6 years’ experience in the property industry and manages our Land & New Homes department.

He provides an extremely specialist service, sourcing acquisitions for clients and selling a large range of new-build developments throughout London. His client base ranges from independent builds and commercial property owners, to larger developers.

"If you’re an investor, we can help you start, manage and expand your property portfolio successfully. If you’re a developer with land to sell or have a development that you’re looking to advertise off-plan, we can help you maximise your return on investment, and also give you advice on new, lucrative residential developments."

Adam is constantly sourcing fresh development opportunities, for both residential and mixed use. He knows exactly what sort of sites are in demand, and he can help both developers and investors achieve the maximum market price, in the shortest possible time.

He can also advise on all aspects of the development process, from unit sizes for optimum return, to sales and marketing advice, to guidance on site sales staff recruitment, to compliance considerations and commercial finance matters.

So whether you're a developer with land to sell, looking to purchase a new-build property, or buying as a private portfolio investor, give us a call today to find out how we can help.
