I sold my house using the Leyton office through Spenser & Tommy - and would highly recommend both. Thanks to Abbie, Billy, Gurveer & Jack! From viewing the property to getting moved in, the process was so much smoother then previous experiences. The viewings are so much more organised where you actually get a proper service from a knowledgeable agent, where you can ask questions and have some time to actually view a property rather than just a few minutes whilst not being able to see the floor with a home full of viewers! The move in process is quick and organised from referencing to getting the keys. Very happy with renting through Portico Leyton.

We bought a 4 bad home in Stratford area through Portico and dealt with Tommy during the process. Tommy was approachable, knowledgeable and transparent throughout the whole process. It took around 4 months to buy the place as there was a hold up in selling our flat through a different estate agent. However Tommy was always on hand to answer any queries and checked in regularly throughout the process. We really appreciated this. He also gave us loads of advice both before and after we moved in which has been a huge help. A really great service- thank you Portico and in particular Tommy.
