First Union becomes Portico
Following the acquisition of First Union by Leaders Romans Group in March 2023, First Union’s branches in Battersea Square and Wandsworth have been rebranded to Portico.
Other than that, nothing else has changed. The team are still the same, and you can expect the same exceptional customer service as we help to let or sell your properties.
Portico has 19 other branches across London and Essex, so this extended network is the perfect opportunity for us to help if you’re looking to expand your buy-to-let portfolio or relocate to another area in the capital. You’ll also have access to additional services and benefits such as Portico Handyman, Portico Host, and Portico Places.
Existing landlords and vendors will benefit from their properties being marketed on portico.com – a site with London-wide coverage – as well as across Portico’s social channels to nearly 9,000 followers.
