On opening the door to th2designs’ London office, I can immediately tell they’re great at what they do. The office has been dressed for summer in a bohemian, festival style, with nature themed wallpaper, distressed wood ornaments and fairy lights dotted across the walls like buzzing fireflies. I sit on a beautiful oak table and get chatting to Gemma Lane, the Senior Studio Manager. She tells me that th2designs have been delivering stylish, affordable interiors for over a decade, and they’re renowned for delivering results in a super quick time frame - whether it’s for a buy-to-let flat or a spacious family home.
She also tells me that they’re known as the most approachable team in the industry - and even though we’ve only been chatting for five minutes, I’d have to agree.
I ask about the process and she tells me that all projects start with a personal consultation, which they use as a chance to get to know the client and learn about their tastes. They show lots of examples of their work before the next step which is visiting the property to get a sense of space.
Setting the mood
Drawing on the client’s personal style and ideas, their talented team of interior stylists will then create a concept design using the latest trends.
Developing the style
When you’re happy with the design, the team will fill in the details with beautiful furniture and furnishings for you to approve, within a set budget or in a budget for you to sign off. The team have built up a supplier address book to die for, so they can offer a huge range of unique items.
Ordering & Installation
The team will manage every stage of the ordering process to make sure that everything is delivered promptly, usually within four to eight weeks. For buy-to-let or investment properties they are usually able to do this in a quicker timescale.
Bringing it all together
The team will then coordinate the delivery and installation of the furniture, furnishings and accessories, overseeing any decoration. They take great pride in sourcing unique accessories and artwork that will really bring your home to life.
