Secondly, just a sort walk away is Francis Road which opens up another level again with some niche boutique shops, Marmelo Kitchen, the Albert & Francis sandwich bar and cafe and the Yardarm, which between them offer a very good selection of food and drink.
Transport links are in an abundance with buses, tube or overground routes to most parts of London, Leyton Central Line station is a short walk, Leyton Midland Road is even closer and there are bus stops with in a few yards of the development.
